Unmarked (Lamson?) 12.25" Chef Knife Carbon Steel & Rosewood USA 1930s-60s
Nicely hand-forged and hand-ground after drop-forged 12.25" carbon steel chef knife, most likely made by Lamson in New England from the 1930s to 1960s, when this kind of skilled hand craft and industrial production was common in New England.
Blade was just a little sharpened in and had some rust, it has been lightly thinned and refurbished and has a fresh edge. The old deep red rosewood handle is in great shape with no issues.
