Un-grooved burnishing "slick" sharpening steel made by Dexter Russell and sold under the Russell brand and marked 1960 in great shape. No nicks or pits to the rod and the turned wood handle is in great shape, a little rust on the hanging hook. 

Excellent for correcting a slightly bent edge or for use after a rougher honing rod.
