Brantford Cutlery Co 9.5" Carving Knife Carbon Nickel & Stag USA ~1910-1920s
Brantford Cutlery was a business owned by Butler Bros of Chicago (1870-1940), they imported pocket knives from Germany as well as knives from Eastern US manufacturers. This knife is marked NeverDull which according to some sources was also used on pocket knives from 1910-30. A little unclear from this info when exactly this knife was made but this knife is very consistent with carving knives made by Eastern makers in the late 19th and early 20th century, the same tooling and designs were in play for a long time.
