Return Process

  Ensure your cutlery or kitchenware is unused, unsharpened, and in its original designer packaging with all inserts included.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the items—especially blades—to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Refund Processing

  Once our specialists inspect the returned tools, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
