
Lakeside Cutlery Carving Set Carbon Steel Butterscotch In Box 1920s
Lakeside was a brand owned by Montgomery-Ward and was in use between 1920 and 1930. This American made carving set sports a very 1920's style butterscotch handles and an older style hand ground forged carbon steel blade.
Tines of fork are nice and straight, guard is springy and the sharpening steel is free from damage. This blade will cut nicely and hold an edge well, it is not stainless and like all other knives should never go in the dishwasher.
