Hors d'ourve Fork Set Chromed Carbon Steel & Horn In Box Germany 1950s
A mysterious little fork set with chromed carbon steel tines, classically German shaped nickel ferrules and horn handles in a handsome little box.
I have to plead ignorance of their intended use; pickles? Hors d'ourves? They would certainly work for both and also do a decent job with oysters in a pinch. Bonus ambiguity and fun being a set of 2; your imagination is the only limit. Or an actual identification of their use, which might be less fun.
| Steel Type | Carbon steel |
| Handle Material | Horn |
| Weight | .71 oz each |
| Total Length | 7" each |
| Blade Length | 3.75" each |
| Blade Height (tallest point) | .5" each |
