Flexible Nogent style fillet knife with carbon blade brazed nickel ferrule ring and ebony handle. Blade is straight and handle is nice and secure, there are some grinder fugs on the ferrule but otherwise this is a nice old style Nogent style knife with the graceful slender feel of the early 20th C knives
