Unmarked 12" Sharpening Steel XFine Slick Burnish - Germany? UK?
Unmarked nearly smooth extra fine cut sharpening steel with 12" long 3/8" diameter, cast brass hardware and turned hardwood handle.
Steel has a few small rust spots but is free from pits or problems, handle shows wear but is still solid.
This is not great for bringing up a dull knife, rather it will burnish and very lightly wear an edge prepped with a coarser steel or bring back an edge that has leaned over a little.
