Unmarked 10" Bullnose Hand Forged Carbon 1880s-1920s?
Unmarked / marks lost but nicely made hand forged carbon steel and 6 pin beech handled 10" bullnose, most likely made in the USA from approx the 1880s to 1920s, could be older or a little younger, the hand forging of these type work knives didn't go into mid century it seems.
Blade has been thinned and has a fresh edge (steel felt nice and crisp, not too soft) and the handle is free from big gaps, cracks or rot.
These are great for slicing chops and steaks and blocking off work at the beginning of breaking.
