Discontinued Tojiro shirogami 2 usuba with plastic ferruled ho wood handle. Blade has been sharpened a little, mostly starting the flattening of the kireba which still has a few low spots but is getting broken in nicely. Edge is straight and free from bends or problems.

Not a super fine hand forged version of shirogami 2 but not bad for their low price either. These were a good deal back when they were in production and still is lightly used.
