One small kink in edge that will sharpen out in a few sharpening is essentially all that is noticeable that this knife is used. These are long out of production and were very popular and now sought after for having one of the best treatments of VG10 as well as a distinctive frost and raindrop suminagashi with the unmistakable ‘Japan’ printed on the inside of the bolster.
