Thiers Issard Sabatier Four Star Elephant 4" Paring Inox NOS? Stainless Ebony Thiers
An unused stainless and ebony Thiers Issard 4" paring knife that looks like it was one of the old stock blades and handles that they were assembling from old Thiers stock (carbon and stainless) beginning in the mid-late 90s, going through to 2015ish.
The forged stainless blade is free from bends or irregularities and has been glued into the nickel ferrule handle, which is most likely old stock, maybe the blade is newer??
Blade is at a very slight angle from the handle, which is very consistent with these.
