Vintage Thiers Issard 4 Star Elephant brand stainless 6" chef knife in decent used condition. Blade has been sharpened in some but not too heavily. This knife likely dates to the 1960's or 70's as it was hand forged after being drop forged, blade is straight and not too thick behind the edge although it has lost several mm at least. Handle is secure with no cracks.
