Thiers Issard Sabatier 4 Star Elephant 10” Chef Knife Carbon Walnut or Pear Wood 1960’s-70s
Vintage hand forged after drop forged and hand ground 4 Star Elephant Thiers Issard Sabatier. Knife has seen more rust and neglect than use and sharpening. It had some pits and that we mostly buffed out. Handle is secure despite the crack at the pommel and the blade is mostly straight, a very slight wave near tip.
