Vintage Spyderco stainless gyuto with paper micarta handle made in Seki Japan possibly around 2000 although I have been able to find very out little about it. No steel specified on blade. Looks to be good Seki workmanship with hand ground blade, eased heel and spine and good finish on handle, not a cheap line of production. 

Blade has been sharpened in very little, it shows signs of being in storage and has no original box.
