1950s/60s 'Sabinox' stainless chef knife made for teh Forschner company with old style hand forged after drop forged balde with a cleaver like heavy heel and a thin tip for vegetables modeled after the old hand forged 19th century chef knives.
Blade has been sharpened in very little and is free from damage, blade is nice and straight. Handle has a few tight hairline cracks as this old composite is prone to, it is secure and should not be an issue.
