Thiers Issard Sabatier 7.75” Slicer Carbon Steel 1960-80s
Vintage Thiers Issard 7.75” (originally 20cm or a hair under 8”) carbon steel slicer made in Thiers France likely in the 1960’s to 80’s.
Blade had seen some light rust but has been cleaned up and freshly sharpened, it has not been sharpened down much and while the handle shows wear it is nice ands secure with no cracks or damage.
