Vintage Sabatier Professional 3.25" paring knife with carbon steel blade, aluminum ferrule and ebonized beechwood handle in barely used condition.
Blade has been sharpened in a little but is still very full, hand ground drop forged blade is light and springy with a nice taper and a fresh edge.
Handle is secure but does have a hairline crack, taken into account with pricing.
