Hand forged after drop forged hand ground Sabatier Professional Ideal pattern 9" carbon steel chef knife with brass riveted POM handle. 

Blade hasn't been sharpened in too much, is still fairly thin behind the edge, the heel has a slight bow to it but does not cant to one side. Knife shows use but no abuse, is ready to get back to work with a nice fresh edge.
