Russell Green River Works 5” Carbon Steel Boning Knife Beech
Vintage / Antique 5” Russell Green River Works boning knife with steel pinned beech handle. Blade has some stray scuffs, these were found in a batch of other butchery knives in San Francisco, some with San Francisco butchery supply business markings suggesting these were part of the S.F. ‘Butchertown’ butchery industry. This one looks like 1930’s era production.
