Refurbished Sabatier 8" Chef Knife Carbon Steel 1980s-90s
Thinned and refurbished carbon steel Sabatier (not sure which brand) made in the 1980s or 90s most likely. Was a little thick behind the edge with a few pits, has been reground on the faces of the blade to make it thin behind the edge again for smooth cutting.
Nothing terribly fancy about this one, but a quality, modern style Sabatier carbon steel knife.
