Blade marks are long gone, this Nogent style chef was re-handled with an old American stag carving knife handle long ago, handle is likely older than blade but blade is hand-forged. Originally made in France most likely 1950s-60s, possibly older. Thinned and refurbished here. price reduced for ground mark on bolster
