Stainless steel oroshigane grater spoon 6 1/2" overall with 3 1/2x1 1/2" bowl that is 1/2" deep with 8 double rows of sharp teeth. The small pointed teeth cut on the push and pull stroke to make short work of small grating tasks. Ginger, garlic, turmeric etc are quickly turned to a pulpy paste which the concave spoon holds on to. Made in Japan.
