The blades are stamped, heat treated, ground and polished to their unique profile and smooth cutting feel. Carbon: These carbon steel blades will naturally patina, but also have the ability to rust if left wet. Carbon steel will also be tougher, with a longer-lived edge. Handle is durable Beech wood.
