Carbon steel boning knife marked only North Shore on handle (old Chicago sharpening service?) possibly made by Lamson from the 1930s to 60s.
Knife has a stiff convex carbon steel blade and solid feeling oval rosewood handle with three brass rivets. Blade has not been sharpened in too much, with fresh sharp edge
