Vintage to somewhat recent 12" ham / salmon slicer made in Thiers France and branded Bargoin.

This is a modern drop forged stainless knife with an aluminum riveted POM composite handle, it has a nice finish grinding and small bolster. Found unused but with slightly dull blade, we have touched up the edge so its ready for work.
