Japanese Replica Tinned Fish in Frame
A one of a kind, hand made and hand painted tinned fish replica in a deluxe frame.
Replica Foods (known as “Sample Foods”) was invented in Japan around 100 years ago.
Bernal Cutlery has partnered with a company that was the first to commercialize the art of Sample Foods in 1932. Their first product was a sample of a French omelet. We are excited to collaborate with them on creating art pieces of foods that are important to San Francisco food culture.
Care instructions for acrylic frame: Never use a dry cloth or paper towels to wipe, as this will cause scratches. When necessary, clean with a mild soap solution and a wet soft cloth, like a microfiber cloth. Avoid chemicals like ammonia or alcohol as this will cause tiny cracks.
Frame dimensions 7 in x 7 in x 3 in or 177×177×d73㎜
