Carving knife with forged (Sheffield made?) carbon steel blade marked Mc Pherson Brothers Cutlers and Silversmiths Glasgow "Silver King". Carved bone handle has silver plated ferrule and butt caps, the marks on them are not hallmarks being plated.
Knife has a fresh sharp edge, it shows use but no abuse, ready to get back to work.
