Vintage or Antique ‘Lindsay’s Best’ 5.75” bullnose butcher knife, carbon steel blade has been sharpened down a little, this probably started out as a 6” knife. Forged hand ground blade with old style swedge ground on the spine. Steel collared rosewood handle holds blade with a single steel pin. These knives were manufactured in the US using German blades

Blade has some scattered pits and grinder scars, it was definitely a work knife but is ready for it’s second act. Comes with a fresh edge.
