Vintage Lantos stainless boucher butcher knife with rosewood handle. Blade has a nice convex grind on the faces and has been sharpened in very little, this knife is freshly sharpened and ready to get to work. 

No information found on Lantos but the grind along with the construction and design of stamp suggests 1980s or 90s.
