Refurbished hand forged after drop forged carbon steel K Sabatier 7" chef knife. Blade was thick behind the edge and has been thinned and brought back to it's original thickness. 

Markings on blade are long gone but there is a small remnant of the handle marking 'K Sabatier' near where a crack has been repaired in the wood
