Japanese Oil-Free Yakiniku BBQ Sauce - 360g

Easily recreate Japanese yakiniku (BBQ) at your own home with this dipping sauce.

Yakiniku is a way of grilling meats and vegetables around a shared tabletop grill, and then dipping the food in sauce.

Our yakiniku sauce is made by a 330 years-old, esteemed soy sauce producer in Ibaraki Prefecture, who use the traditional method of aging soy sauce in wooden barrels. Using that soy sauce as the base, this yakiniku sauce adds grilled onions for natural sweetness and depth, plus fragrant sansho (Japanese peppercorns) for some kick. Does not use any oils, so you can enjoy with grilled meats without added guilt!

Great of course as a dipping sauce for yakiniku, steak, and shabu shabu, but also for seasoning grilled fish, tofu, vegetable stir fry, and fried rice.
