Barely used J H Andersson S&S Cutlery stainless steel boning knife with hollow ground blade and pewter alloy inlayed hardwood handle (and original sticker!). 

This knife was lightly used and slightly dull when found but has never been re-ground until we just did, it is very full and in great shape. 

These were one of the best stainless knives of their day and from personal experience selling the scimitar from this series to a busy butcher many years ago and re-sharpening it for many years they hold an edge surprisingly well. 

Blade has 5." cutting edge and the overall length is 9.5"
