Ho Ching Kee Lee Chinese cleaver with a hand forged carbon steel blade with crimped chrome-plated copper ferrule and a turned hardwood handle. This one is marked 5 and is a mdium to heavy-weight cleaver capable of moderate butchery (small bones ok) and vegetable work. 

Much higher quality than typical inexpensive stamped cleavers, these have become a little harder to find. A great classic Chinese cleaver here.
