Tasting Notes: Subtly sweet with mellow red bean and aged tangerine peel aroma

Red Bean Soup is a comforting dessert that has accompanied many Singaporeans growing up. Hearty and nutritious, it is believed to offer numerous health benefits - although we love it simply because it is delicious. Made with slow cooked adzuki beans, our favourite version has added aged tangerine peel for complexity.

Our rendition in a chocolate bar blended adzuki beans with Malaysian cacao and aromatic 3 years aged Xinhui tangerine peel. Enjoy the familiar traditional dessert with a twist.
