Barely used slender yataghan slicer made by Sabatier Trumpet  for Ekco in the 1950s or 60s with hnad forged after drop forged stainless blade with an elegant hand grinding. Blade is very full having been sharpened very little, the wood handle shrunk a little but is stil very secure.
