Vintage Ed Wusthof Dreizackwerk narrow 6" slicer with pakka wood handle. This is from the first generation of Wusthof knives to break into the American professional market in the 1970s displacing other knives that were dominant in the market such as various Sabatier brands.
These can be prone to delamination and pitting on the rivets, there is a little corrosion of the bolsters, but is otherwise nice and full and with a fresh edge, ready to get to work.
