Old production Dexter Connoisseur Sabatier style series 6" stainless chef knife made from approximately the 1960s to 80s. 

This series was Dexter's answer to the top European knives of the day from France and Germany. These were drop-forged, hand-ground, and were definitely an equal to many European knives of their day. 

This one was sharpened in some and has been thinned and brought back to its original geometry if not thinner. 

It should be noted there are a few cracks near the bolster on one side in the center of the blade, but unless you plan on prying open car doors this should not be a problem, but it has been priced accordingly.
