Vintage 1950’s to 70’s Dexter carbon steel chef knife with hand ground after drop forged carbon steel blade and rose wood handle.

Characteristically wide but light and nimble these are loved for their ability to easily take a long lived edge.

Blade has been thinned a bit and had some rust buffed out, it is a hair smaller than it’s original footprint but still retains lots of blade. Rose wood handle is tight and secure but has a few grind marks and wear from use.
