Western hunting knife made with carbon steel blade, stacked leather handle with vulcanized rubber spacers and aluminum pommel and leather sheath.

Blade had been sharpened in and was refurbished by thinning along the main grinds, it is now a bit narrower but more similar to it's original geometry. 

Handle is tight and secure but the leather shrunk a bit leaving some small gaps, see photos. Guard and pommel are tight and wiggle free.

Sheath shows wear but is still healthy, keeper strap is free from cracking. 

Western made good knives and this time period is still with them at their prime.
