Vintage (1950s or older?) 12" carbon steel wide bullnose with carbon steel blade and rosette riveted hard wood handle. Heavier than a standard American or British bullnose but lighter than a lambsplitter it is a substantial knife designed for serious work.

This knife is in good condition, it has been sharpened in some but the blade is still very full
