These classy crane-shaped oroshigane are hand-cut from a sheet of copper and tin coated. Every tooth is fabricated by hand with a punch and hammer, providing the sharpest and cleanest cuts for ginger, daikon, etc.

This tool should be hand-washed; do not soak or put in the dishwasher.
