Columbia (LF&C) 10" Chef Knife Carbon Steel 1930s-60s USA
A stamped carbon steel workhorse chef knife made in the USA from approximately the 1930s to 60s for Columbia Cutlery of New York.
Most likely by Landers Frary & Clark of New Britain Ct. the handle shape is exactly the same as the LF&C universal line.
This knife had been sharpened in enough to warrant a bit of thinning on the face of the blade, it is thin behind the edge but with a good amount of convexity keeping it from being super thin.
10" blade, 15.25" overall length 9.4 oz
