Hard and fine "Murakamo" stone that finishes finer than most other hard Iyo Meito stones offering a little more contrast with cladding if used in conjunction with a nagura or diamond stone to make a light slurry. 

Tall with just enough face for working with short strokes, this stone is a fabulous fine finisher on the high end of fine-ness for Iyo Meito.
