Very nicely made Capuchin pattern friction folder with an unintelligible (to me at least) makers mark, stainless blade with false edge and recessed monkey tail that seats nicely into the one piece horn handle that has a single horn inlay with three nickel pins and held secure with a brass and steel rosette rivet. 

Knife is in excellent condition, has neer been re-sharpened, horn is free from damage, just some marks on the tang from opening and clsoing to show its been handled

A french pattern so assumption it is made in France..
