Sharpened a few times, lightly thinned by hand, tester for this series used for about 2 months, really enjoyed thin blade that takes a brilliant edge.

Hand forged in Takefu Japan for Hitohira to their specifications. Aogami 2 with suminagashi damascus cladding forged and ground thin with a nice taper. This treatment of aogami 2 offers both good edge life and easy sharpening, a nice blend of this tungsten steel’s strong suites.
