Vintage 2 Lions Sabatier 8” chef knife made in the 1960’s or 70’s with characteristic cast aluminum bolsters, carbon steel blade and Pom composite handle.

Blade is nice and sharp without too much wear, handle has one crack in center, which is very typical of this era. It is solid and should not pose a problem.
